On Tuesday, the Noblesville community came together to cut the ribbon on Debbie’s Daughters Bakery & Café, located on the first floor of the 12 Stars Media building at 1236 Conner St., Suite 100.

Another example of a farmers market expansion, the bakery is family-owned small-batch bakery whose owners and bakers pride themselves on using simple, real ingredients to create food made from scratch meant to share with others.

The Debbie in the business’s namesake is Deborah “Debbie” Downs. You see, Debbie Downs had five daughters (Debbie’s Daughters) as well as seven sons. That’s right … 12 children!

“We’re a neighborhood bakery and everything we do is small batch from scratch deliberately. We expect to sell out most days,” Rocky Walls said. “We’re excited to be a part of this supportive community.”
