Officers arrived on the scene a short time later and located an adult male lying in the middle of Cicero Road just south of the Field Drive intersection. Officers immediately assessed the man’s condition subject but quickly concluded that he was deceased.

Hamilton County Coroner Jeff Jellison has identified the deceased as John Finch, 52, Noblesville. The cause of the accident is under investigation and the official cause and manner of death are pending autopsy and toxicology results.
