At their Wednesday meeting, the Noblesville Lions awarded the $500 Ivy Tech scholarship to Morgan Testa. She plans to major in radiology. After completing Ivy Tech, she plans on continuing her studies at another college or university. She is the daughter of Jennifer Testa.
