The Noblesville girls track and field team won the team championship at the Kokomo Relays on Saturday.
The Millers scored 128 team points, just ahead of runner-up Carmel’s 120.5 points. Noblesville won three events, including a 1-2 sweep of the high jump. Malina Miller was first with a leap of 5 feet, 5 inches, while Rylee Hassan was right behind at 5 feet, 4 inches.
Hannah Alexander dominated the discus and placed second in the shot put. Noblesville also won the distance medley middle distance race.
The Greyhounds won five events, including two in the field. Taylor Reagor was first in the shot put, while Jenna Springirth won the pole vault. Alivia Romaniuk was first in the 1000-yard run. Carmel also won the distance medley and the 1200 sprint medley 9th grade events.
