Shankland

Amy Thornton Shankland will be discussing, selling, and signing copies of her non-fiction book Interviews by a Clueless White Woman from Warren Publishing.

Interviews by a Clueless White Woman shares the real stories of people of color, individuals from different religions, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and people with disabilities.

“We didn’t just face the devastation of COVID-19 starting in 2020,” Shankland said. “We also faced widening gaps between marginalized groups, at a time when it was critical for us to band together with compassion.”

“I know that I’m not the only one who was – and still is – clueless about so many of these issues,” she continued. “I wanted to conduct these interviews and share them with the world to decrease division and increase understanding.”

You can visit Shankland and enjoy other activities at Noblesville Creates from 6 to 9 p.m. on Friday. Click here for more information about Noblesville Creates and First Friday.
