Launches in Bay Area Costco stores with mission-driven Warrior Granola Cookie Bites

BeeFree, the Indiana-based clean snack company founded by a mother searching for gluten-free foods to support her son’s autism journey, has officially launched its Mega Bag of Warrior Granola Cookie Bites in Bay Area Costco stores.

The expansion marks another major milestone for the woman-owned brand that began as a small farmers’ market stand in Indiana and has grown into a mission-driven company focused on both clean ingredients and inclusive employment.

BeeFree’s Warrior Granola Cookie Bites deliver a sweet, crunchy snack made with simple ingredients (no seed oils) consumers can feel good about. But behind every bag is a larger purpose: creating meaningful jobs for adults with autism and disabilities.

“We started BeeFree because I wanted better snack options for my son, but it quickly became something much bigger,” Founder Jennifer Wiese said. “Today, our mission is not only to create delicious snacks families love, but to help open doors for adults with disabilities who are too often overlooked in the workforce.”

According to national statistics, approximately 85 percent of adults with disabilities are unemployed or underemployed. BeeFree is working to help close that gap by building inclusive hiring practices designed to better interview, train, and retain neurodiverse employees. The company says many traditional hiring systems unintentionally screen out talented individuals within the disability community before they have an opportunity to succeed.

Bay Area shoppers can now find the Costco-exclusive Mega Bag of Warrior Granola Cookie Bites in select locations for a limited time.

Consumers are encouraged to grab a bag before they’re gone and support a brand committed to creating cleaner snacks and greater opportunities for underserved communities.
