Hamilton County Federated Republican Women (HCFRW) held its final meeting of the year Saturday at Stone Creek in the Hamilton Town Center in Noblesville. Over two dozen members and supporters gathered to share a meal, some holiday spirit, and to see the induction of new officers for the coming year. Outgoing HCFRW President Emily Pearson spoke about the growth of the organization and the Right Now campaign over the last two years. HCFRW is now the largest Republican Women’s organization in Indiana. Pearson publicly credited some of the group’s growth to the fine coverage given to them by The Reporter. The event included Pearson passing HCFRW’s mascot, Ellie the elephant, to incoming president Cecilia Coble.
