Morse Reservoir cleanup set for Friday & Saturday

This Friday, July 17 and Saturday, July 18, the Morse Waterways Association will hold its annual reservoir cleanup.

On Friday, from 9 a.m. to noon, a group of volunteers from Duke Energy will focus on the town’s dock areas near The Boat House restaurant, and Thomas Docks will unload its collections from the north end of the reservoir.

Then on Saturday from 9 a.m. to noon, community volunteers will bring their collections to Red Bridge Park where they will assist the Cicero Parks Department in cutting up the debris and taking recyclables to Green Cycle.
