This evening in Westfield, Indiana Democratic Party Deputy Chair Christina Hale will be joined by Fishers City Councilor Jocelyn Vare, State Senator J.D. Ford (D-Indianapolis), State Senator Fady Qaddoura (D-Indianapolis), State Representative Earl Harris, Jr. (D-East Chicago), and State Representative Mike Andrade (D-Munster) as they continue the Indiana Democratic Party’s American Rescue Plan Tour.
The event will begin at 6 p.m. this evening in Shelter No. 3 at Asa Bales Park, 205 W. Hoover St., Westfield.
The Rescue Plan Tour is a statewide campaign to deliver the news about President Joe Biden’s COVID-19 relief package and how it can help all of Indiana’s 92 counties and its communities put the pandemic firmly in the rearview mirror.
Indiana Democrats will also share with Hoosiers how the law is delivering $5.8 billion in relief to the state, Indiana’s schools receiving $2 billion in aid, and more than $250 million being used to expand broadband internet access across Indiana.
