Mary Lynn “Chris” Tate, 62, Noblesville, passed away on Thursday, August 4, 2022, at Riverview Health in Noblesville. She was born on June 26, 1960, in Glendale, Calif.
Chris was a talented artist who loved photography and cross stitch. She won prizes at the Hamilton County 4-H Fair for her cross stitch works. Chris liked to write and was proud to have one of her poems published. She appreciated the simple things in life, a beautiful sunset or the sights and sounds of nature. Chris was known by family and friends to have a keen sense of humor. She will be missed.
Chris is survived by her parents, General Bob & Mary (Stone) Tate; and brother & sister-in-law, Robert & Liz Tate, and nephew, Benjamin.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m., with services at 7 p.m., on Friday, August 19, 2022, at Randall & Roberts Funeral Center, 1685 Westfield Road, Noblesville. Pastor Paul Ernst will officiate.
