The Noblesville Lions Club will be at the Logan Street Kroger from 8 a.m. to noon on Saturday, Aug. 16 collecting food donations for Fueled for School. This program has the goal of providing food-insecure students with nutritional food packs throughout the school year as well as during spring, fall, and winter breaks. Items collected include fruit cups, microwave popcorn, chicken noodle soup, mac and cheese, granola bars, plastic jars of peanut butter, canned pasta sauce, dry pasta, shelf-stable yogurt, and instant oatmeal packets.
