On Monday, Feb. 2, Noblesville Lions Julia Kozicki and Jeff Kozicki represented Lions District 25-D at Lions Day at the Statehouse. Lions from all over Indiana promoted their service and community engagement projects with state elected officials, including Noblesville State Representative Alaina Shonkwiler.
