Frazier is a Business Development Director for American Structurepoint, Inc. She acts as a liaison between the company’s technical professionals and designers and all local governments and local public service providers.

Working within a designated territory of Indiana, Frazier assists communities in achieving their desired economic development, capital improvement, and quality of life enhancements. Prior to her current role as business development director, she served in leadership roles for the City of Westfield, in public works, Grand Park, and Westfield Welcome. She received both her Master of Public Management and bachelor’s in criminal justice at Indiana University Kokomo.

Frazier has a passion for community service and has been a volunteer in eight local non-profits, over the past 13 years. She currently holds a board position with Hamilton County Community Corrections Advisory Board and FBI Indianapolis Citizens Academy Alumni, a committee member for Women in Transportation, and is an Impact 100 team member. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, trail running, camping, adventure racing, and studying history and politics.
