Road resurfacing projects

The contractor is continuing work in Sunblest neighborhood. The week of June 17, road resurface work will take place on 126th Street between Olio Road and Thorpe Creek Parkway. Traffic will be down to one lane with flaggers on site to direct traffic from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Monday, June 17 and from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 18.

Additionally, the contractor will begin work mid-week the week of June 17 and has placed door hangers in the Fox Run Neighborhood.

Towards the end of the week of June 17, the contractor will move into the Hillsborough neighborhood.

Residents should refrain from parking their vehicles on the street during active construction operations.

Homeowners will be notified via door hangers prior to any curb reconstruction near their home. After ADA ramp and curb reconstruction is completed, those areas will be restored with topsoil and seed. It is the responsibility of the homeowner to water the seed for the seed to germinate. Prior to road resurfacing, residents will be notified via street signage for street parking restrictions.
