Smoky Row is now open, as is the new roundabout at Veterans Way and City Center Drive.
Main Street & Lexington Boulevard roundabout
Construction is still underway, but this will be open for the CarmelFest Parade on July 4 with a complete opening date TBD.
111th Street & Spring Mill Road roundabout
On or after July 5, 111th Street between Illinois Street and Spring Mill Road will be closed for three weeks for the construction of a roundabout at the entrance to the Bridges development and the Spring Mill Place neighborhood. This roundabout is being constructed by a developer and not the City of Carmel.
3rd Avenue SW
On or after July 5, 3rd Avenue SW will be closed for approximately 18 months for the reconstruction of the road between Autumn Drive and 2nd Street SW. Access will be maintained for local traffic only.
96th Street & Delegates Row
The Auburn, Cord, Duesenberg sculpture was installed this week. It was designed by Arlon Bayliss and fabricated by bo-mar Industries. This continues the series of classic car sculptures decorating our 96th Street corridor. At night, the 32-foot-tall piece will be illuminated with LED spotlights and dichroic lighting.
