Community First Bank of Indiana (CFB) announces the promotion of Joe Baker, Bank Officer, to Branch Manager at its One Concourse location in Fishers.
Baker joined CFB in early 2024 and has quickly demonstrated strong leadership and a commitment to service. He brings over 10 years of experience in customer service and sales management across multiple industries, along with two-and-a-half years in banking.
“Joe’s ability to connect with people, anticipate their needs, and serve with genuine kindness makes him an invaluable part of our team,” CFB Retail Sales Administrator Bryan Mitzelfelt said. “Joe exemplifies what it means to be a true team player – always ready to lend a hand and support his colleagues whenever needed.”
Baker is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in management and organizational leadership at Saint Petersburg College. Originally from Florida, he has enjoyed supporting local organizations like Hamilton County Parks and Recreation and Hamilton Southeastern Schools. He says he looks forward to deepening his relationships in the community.
