On Wednesday evening, the Noblesville Lions welcomed Hamilton County Bicentennial Commission Executive Director Jessica Petty when she spoke to the club. Petty discussed plans for the county bicentennial in 2023. Groups like the Noblesville Lions Club can apply for a micro-grant to support a bicentennial project.
