Jane Ann (Harris) Souders passed away early Wednesday morning, August 2, 2023. Jane was born in Indianapolis on October 20, 1940. She was raised in Noblesville in a historical house on 10th and Hannibal Street.
Jane is preceded in death by her brother, Jim Harris; sister, Susan Harris; and mother, Nelle Melissa (Darrah) Harris.
Jane is survived by her loving children: son, Joe (Christine) Souders of Fishers, daughter, Susan Riddle of Noblesville, and daughter, Gioia Dasovich of Lakewood Ranch, Fla.; and grandchildren, Toni (Justin) Riddle, Tabatha McCord, Katie Souders, Elaina (Michael) Kuhlenschmidt, Sophia Souders, Michael (Nicole) Souders, Amelia Dasovich, and Nicholas Dasovich. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren, Skylar, Lyken, Ryker, Braden, James, Olivia, Emilie, Klay, and Carter.
Jane graduated from Noblesville High School in 1959. She worked at Riverview Hospital and was also the editor of the Nursing Home Newsletter, The Chronicles. She spent many summers at Lake Wawasee while she was skiing, boating, and enjoying family time. She was a very devout Catholic and loved life. Jane will be greatly missed by family and friends.
Visitation will be at 10 a.m. on Monday, August 7, 2023, at St. Maria Goretti Catholic Church, 17102 Spring Mill Road, Westfield, with the funeral mass to follow at 11 a.m.
She will be buried at Crownland Cemetery, 1776 Monument St., Noblesville, following the funeral mass.
