For the tenth year in a row, the Indianapolis International Airport (IND) has been named the Best Airport in North America.
IND is the only airport in the United States to win the honor for a straight decade.
The ASQ Awards are determined based on passenger feedback independently collected by the ACI program on the day passengers travel, giving the complete picture of the passenger experience. The Best Airport in North America recognition reflects the airport’s ease of access, check-in, security, food and beverage, cleanliness of overall facilities, and so much more.
