The Indiana Valor, Indiana’s newest women’s professional football team, will hold its inaugural Signing Day event today, a landmark occasion for women’s sports in the state.
The Signing Day will take place at 7:30 p.m. this evening, Jan. 3, at Silo Auto Club and Conservancy 644 E. Washington St., Indianapolis. The event will introduce the Valor’s first roster of exceptional athletes and celebrate this historic milestone with fans, media, and community supporters.
“What drew me to the Women’s Football Alliance is their commitment to growing football at the highest level,” Owner and Founder Kristian Aleixo said. “I’m most looking forward to giving young women across Indiana a long-term goal to strive for.”
