Huskies cruise past Jay County

Hamilton Heights bounced back on Saturday, Nov. 15 to beat Jay County 73-57 in a home game.

The Huskies outscored the Patriots in each of the first three quarters, leading 16-14 after the first period and 31-26 at halftime. Heights clinched the game in the third quarter, outscoring Jay County 22-11 for a 53-37 lead.

Freshman Riley Suarez poured in 32 points and reached double-double status with 10 rebounds. Zoey Curry added 18 points and pulled six rebounds.

Addison Blum collected nine rebounds while Bayleigh Eisele had seven rebounds and dished out seven assists. Kamryn Rhoton handed out six assists and Curry had four assists.

The Huskies are 2-1 and play at Lapel tonight.
