The Hamilton County Reporter has named Hamilton Southeastern senior Avery Hobson as its volleyball Player of the Year.
Hobson dominated for the Royals this year, hitting a team-leading 446 kills, serving 30 aces and was also second in digs for Southeastern with 278. Hobson led the Royals to an IHSAA Class 4A state championship and a 34-1 record, and won the Mental Attitude Award. She is committed to play at Duquesne University.
