The Carmel Police Department (CPD) is investigating multiple thefts from vehicles that occurred at the Lawrence Inlow Park and Monon Center parking lots on Tuesday, July 11 between approximately 9:30 and 10:30 a.m. As part of this investigation, CPD is attempting to identify the individuals pictured above.
