Foster
Carmel police are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing juvenile.
Taylor Foster, a 17-year-old female, was last seen Wednesday in the 700 block of South Range Line Road wearing blue pajama pants and a grey hooded sweatshirt.
Foster is possibly in the Indianapolis area. Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to call the Carmel Police Department at (317) 571-2580.
