On Feb. 27, the Carmel Police Department listed Devan Edmonds, 23, Carmel, as a missing person. Edmonds was last seen on Feb. 18 with her family in Carmel. Edmonds is approximately 5-foot-2, weighs 180 pounds, and was last seen with her hair in an afro and wrapped in a scarf.
Edmonds’ whereabouts are currently unknown. At this time investigators do not have reason to believe Edmonds is in danger, but are still actively trying to locate her.
