The Hamilton Heights swim team hosted its annual Husky Invitational on Saturday, with Guerin Catholic also competing at the tournament.
In the girls meet, the Golden Eagles finished second as a team, while the Huskies were fifth. Erica Hunckler won the 50 freestyle for Guerin Catholic, while Heights got two victories, first from the medley relay team of Jane Pache, Teegan Madara, Kennedy Weaver and Mady Hutcherson. Madara would later win the breaststroke.
The Huskies’ boys team finished second at the meet, with the Golden Eagles placing fourth. Nathan Cox led a 1-2 Heights sweep of diving, with Ethan Swart taking second. Guerin Catholic’s Quinn Sweeney was a double winner in the 200 free and butterfly, while Drew Wilhite won the backstroke.
