The incredible student musicians at Hamilton Heights High School (HHHS) have received the prestigious 2024-2025 ISSMA All-Music Award – a history-making first for the music department.
This honor is awarded to schools that achieve Gold/Superior ratings in every area of performance throughout the school year, including the marching band, solo and ensemble, jazz band, and concert band. This recognition celebrates not just musical excellence, but commitment, teamwork, and passion.
“This outstanding achievement is a testament to the dedication, talent, and hard work of every member of our band program – our Marching Huskies, the solo and ensemble members who advanced to state, our jazz band, and our concert band,” HHHS Band Director Mark Snelson. “Each of our musicians played a vital role in making this moment possible, and we couldn’t be prouder!”
Congratulations to dedicated music educators Mark Snelson (Band Director), Billy Cox (Assistant Band Director), and the amazing young musicians for this well-earned recognition.
