A delinquency petition has been filed against the Noblesville West Middle School Shooter in the Madison County Circuit Court 2.
The delinquency petition results from an allegation of a Battery Against a Public Safety Official, Level 6 Felony. The incident is alleged to have occurred on March 20, 2023, while he was residing at the Indiana Department of Corrections Pendleton Juvenile Correctional Facility in Madison County.
The initial hearing is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 23.
