Hear ‘hidden gems’ of bad Broadway shows at Feinstein’s

Graphic provided

Come hear the best songs from the worst shows on Broadway during an evening to benefit Civic Theatre.

On Wednesday, Jan. 24 at 6 and 8:30 p.m., Ghost Light Cabaret will present Hidden Gems at Feinstein’s at Hotel Carmichael in Carmel.

Enjoy a celebratory glass of bubbly, along with a gourmet charcuterie board at your table, and, of course, an exciting cabaret performance of musical theatre hidden gems, performed by some of Civic’s familiar faces. The bar at Feinstein’s will be open to purchase additional libations. There will also be a Wine Pull, including wine valued at a minimum of $25 per bottle.

Want to join in on the fun? Bid for an opportunity to sing with the cast of Ghost Light Cabaret (and Brent Marty) for Marty-oke at the end of the show.

Featured shows will include Chess, Bring It On, Young Frankenstein, Mack & Mabel, Seesaw, Catch Me If You Can, The Baker’s Wife, Merrily We Roll Along, and more. The 13 shows featured in this cabaret had a combined total of 2,081 performance on Broadway. In comparison, The Phantom of the Opera had 13,981 performances before closing in 2023.

The final day to purchase tickets is Friday, Jan. 19. So get them now before you run out of time.
