Hamilton Southeastern Schools is celebrating the achievements of 1,754 graduates this week as Fishers High School and Hamilton Southeastern High School hold commencement ceremonies at the Fishers Event Center.
For the second consecutive year, both ceremonies took place at the venue, providing graduates and their families with an opportunity to celebrate this milestone in a shared community setting.
Fishers High School’s ceremony took place on Wednesday evening, June 3, and Hamilton Southeastern’s followed on Thursday evening, June 4.
The Class of 2026 leaves HSE Schools with an impressive record of academic achievement and preparation for life beyond high school. Combined district data from both high schools show:
- 1,754 graduates
- 99 percent projected graduation rate
- 5 average grade-point average
- One in four graduates earned a 4.0 GPA or higher
- 91 percent plan to pursue post-secondary education
- 9 percent will enter the workforce or military
- 380 industry certifications earned
“This graduating class has demonstrated excellence both inside and outside the classroom,” Superintendent Dr. Matt Kegley said. “Whether their next step is college, military service, the workforce, or another pathway, these students leave HSE prepared to make meaningful contributions to their communities. We are proud of all they have accomplished and excited to see what comes next.”
The Class of 2026 has built a legacy of academic success, leadership, service, athletic achievement, artistic excellence, and community involvement throughout their time at Hamilton Southeastern Schools.
