Hamilton Heights High School’s FFA chapter is excited to welcome the community to its annual FFA Plant Sale, officially opening Wednesday from 3 to 5 p.m. The sale continues Thursday from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. and Friday from 3 to 5:30 p.m. at the High School Greenhouse.

This year’s sale features a vibrant selection of vegetables, hanging baskets, and annuals, all grown and prepared by Hamilton Heights FFA students. The event has become a hallmark of the district’s strong and growing agricultural program, offering students hands-on experience in horticulture, agribusiness, customer service, and greenhouse management.

The Plant Sale is entirely student-run, with FFA members leading every step of the process – from planting and watering to pricing, merchandising, and assisting customers. Their work reflects the leadership, responsibility, and real‑world skills that define the FFA experience at Hamilton Heights.

All proceeds from the sale directly support the Hamilton Heights FFA chapter, helping fund student activities, competitions, and learning opportunities throughout the year.

“We’re proud of the work our students have put into this year’s sale,” said Emilie Carson, Agriculture Education and FFA Chapter Advisor. “Their dedication, teamwork, and passion for agriculture are on full display, and we’re grateful for the community’s continued support.”

Hamilton Heights invites families, neighbors, and community members to stop by, shop local, and help support the next generation of leaders in agriculture.
