Calling all former Hamilton Heights boys basketball team players, managers, cheerleaders, and coaches to participate in the Hamilton Heights Alumni Boys Basketball game and related festivities on Saturday, Jan. 20.

The afternoon “fun”-raiser and evening recognition is designed to connect the sport’s rich past with current players and fans as part of this year’s Winter Homecoming Festivities.

The afternoon kicks off with an Alumni Boys Basketball game followed by the Huskies vs. Maconaquah Braves on home court. At halftime there will be special celebration recognizing former boys basketball team players, managers, cheerleaders, and coaches in attendance along with the Winter Homecoming Court and crowning of the King and Queen.

All Hamilton Heights alumni who completed at least one full varsity season are encouraged to join in the Alumni Boys Basketball game. Tip-off is set for 3 p.m. Cost to participate is $10 and includes a commemorative T-shirt, meal from DeLullo’s following the alumni games, and admission to the varsity basketball game against the Maconaquah Braves. Admission to the alumni game is free for spectators, but donations will be accepted at the door.

Bonus! Hamilton Heights will sell its updated Basketball Record Book and Commemorative Gym Floor plaques while they last. Proceeds from the alumni game benefit the Hamilton Heights Boys Basketball Program. Details and registration information can be found here.

Wear your orange and come out in force to help cheer the Huskies to a victory!
