The Hamilton County Commissioners presented Sen. Luke Kenley with a plaque on April 24 recognizing his help in getting state approval for the State Road 37 project.
The county, city of Noblesville, city of Fishers and state of Indiana are collaborating on the $124 million SR 37 construction project, which won the 2016 Local Government Cooperation Award from the Association of Indiana Counties last fall.
