Initial construction is now complete at Traditions of Westfield, a new 147-unit senior living community serving Central Indiana and bringing up to 80 jobs to the area.

Residents, guests, and community leaders will celebrate with a special Grand Opening ceremony from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 13, at 17939 Dartown Road.

“Traditions of Westfield is a beautiful new community that we’ve created to maximize the quality of life for residents by making them feel at home and empowering the staff who care for them,” said Bill Morton, managing director of Leo Brown Group. “The design and construction here reflect care and excellence, because we know we are creating not just homes for our guests but also welcoming spaces for their families and friends.”

Traditions of Westfield offers best-in-class amenities and a convenient location. Residents have access to restaurant-style fine dining, an outdoor rooftop lounge, a fitness center, beauty salon/barber, library, chapel, 24-hour nursing, emergency response systems, transportation, and other amenities. As residents’ needs evolve, they can easily transition between independent living, assisted living and memory care, all in the same community.

Early interest in Traditions of Westfield has been so positive that an expansion is already underway, with a recent groundbreaking for 25 additional independent living villas at the site.
