The iconic 1968 live album At Folsom Prison made Johnny Cash a crossover superstar, defying conventions and leaving a lasting legacy.
Now audiences can relive the unforgettable day of Jan. 13, 1968, as Folsom Prison Experience takes the stage with an immersive tribute that merges live concert, stage drama and audience participation to bring you into the heart of Cash’s musical journey. The cast is led by co-writer Jay Ernest and his tribute band, Church of Cash. Other characters include June Carter, Carl Perkins and the Statler Brothers.
The concert begins at 8 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 15 at the Palladium at the Allied Solutions Center for the Performing Arts in Carmel. This show is part of the Katz, Sapper & Miller Pop/Rock Series.
