Flix Brewhouse Carmel, Indiana’s cinema brewery, earned two medals at the 2025 U.S. Open Beer Championship – a Silver for Luna Rosa (Fruit Wheat Beer) and a Bronze for Kilt and Dagger (Scottish Ale) – contributing to Flix Brewhouse’s impressive 16 total medals, the highest medal count of any company in the country.
The U.S. Open Beer Championship is one of the most competitive beer contests in the country, with thousands of breweries competing. While the Grand National Champion brewery earned six medals, Flix Brewhouse collectively claimed 16, setting a new standard for brewery groups.
Because each Flix Brewhouse is judged independently, Carmel’s wins reflect local brewing expertise within a network of nationally recognized breweries.
