Fishers United Methodist Church, 9691 E. 116th St., Fishers, will have a Dan’s Fish Fry from 4:15 to 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 4.

The menu includes fish, chicken, baked beans, coleslaw or applesauce, bread, and pie. Cost is $12 for adults and $7 for children aged 5 and above. Children under 5 eat for free.

Tickets can be purchased at the church office, located at 9691 E. 116th St., and also are available at the door. Dine-in, carry-out, and drive-thru are available. Proceeds from this event will be divided between the Come to Me Food Pantry and the adult and youth mission trips.

The Come to Me Food Pantry serves families in Hamilton County, as well as the McCordsville and Fortville areas. Each week between 5,000 and 8,000 pounds of food is distributed on Wednesday from 1 to 7 p.m. The pantry remained open during the pandemic in order to serve those in need and continues to serve those who need help during this time.

The youth and adult mission teams serve deprived areas in the United States each summer doing repairs, cleaning, and building of areas in need.
