Fishers Arts Council invites you to night of youth art & Black culture at City Hall

Come meet talented artists from the Fishers community and Fall Creek Junior High School and learn about the Fall Creek Junior High Black Student Union at an upcoming event hosted by the Fishers Arts Council.

Embracing Black Culture, featuring the artwork and creations by Fall Creek Junior High students, will take place from 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 11 at the Art Gallery at City Hall, Fishers. A special presentation will begin at 7 p.m.

Guest speakers at the presentation will include Mojo Up Founder and CEO Travis Brown, artists William Minion and Rebecca Robinson, and the 31Svn Dance Academy. There will also be a special video featuring local artists and the student creatives whose work is featured in the exhibit. Musical entertainment will be announced.

The presentation is brought to you by a grant from the Hamilton County Community Foundation.

This free reception is open to the public; light refreshments will be available.
