Fishers AgriPark opens for the season

Coming into its fifth year, the Fishers AgriPark reopened its gates for the season on Wednesday with new animals and expanded planting on the farm.

The 33-acre property is home to a variety of farm animals – including guest favorites Spirit the horse and Otis the pot-bellied pig – vast produce and crop fields, a tree nursery, nature playground, greenhouses, a nature trail, event barn, and more.

Continuing its mission of providing free produce to the community through the Produce Picks program, the AgriPark’s focus is to immerse visitors of all ages on a working farm. (Reminder: Daily Produce Picks are based on what is available for harvest. Because we live in Indiana, all produce is not available at all times due to climate and weather.)

Stay tuned for announcements of special events, programs, new animals, and more at the AgriPark throughout the year by following along on Facebook and Instagram.
