On Monday, Carmel Gateway celebrated its groundbreaking of the forthcoming East Lawn, a one-and-a-quarter-acre outdoor amenity space. East Lawn will provide the tenants of Carmel Gateway with a park where they can relax, meet with colleagues, or even engage in casual athletics during the workday. This nearly $2.2 million project is part of a major investment into the office park for Rubenstein Partners LP, and aligns with the new creation of a gateway into Carmel by the city and fits in with an overall strategy of replacing “hardscape” with “softscape” and green space.
