Everwise Credit Union celebrated the grand opening of its newest full-service branch on Tuesday, April 21. Located at 10920 N. Michigan Road, the branch marks Everwise’s first Zionsville location and 19th in the greater Indianapolis area. The new location reflects Everwise’s continued investment in serving its membership.
“Today represents an important milestone for our organization,” Zionsville Branch Manager Melanie Smith said. “Zionsville has the kind of civic energy Everwise is drawn to: strong local businesses, active community leadership, and families putting down roots who want a financial partner that’s doing the same.”
The Zionsville branch reflects Everwise’s ongoing commitment to its members and community-focused service, offering convenient access for commuters and families traveling between neighborhoods, downtown Indianapolis, and surrounding communities.
The new building was designed to reflect local historic architectural character, featuring a distinctive Italianate façade with 178 handcrafted exterior brackets and a prominent cupola that conceals rooftop mechanical equipment while preserving the building’s historic design character.
Inside, members will find three private offices for one-on-one consultations and a small conference room for financial planning conversations.

The drive-through includes two Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs), which combine the convenience of an ATM with the option to connect with a live teller via video during extended service hours. A self-service coin machine is also available in the lobby.
“We believe convenience and personal service shouldn’t be mutually exclusive,” Everwise Chief Banking Officer Jay Gendics said. “Technology like our ITMs allows members to access help when they need it, while still maintaining the human connection that matters. This isn’t just a new building. It’s a long-term commitment to providing personalized, member-first financial guidance for Zionsville families and businesses.”
