Epcon Communities has announced the Courtyards of Fishers, located off Southeastern Parkway.

The Courtyards of Fishers will offer four floorplans ranging from 1,500 to 4,000 square feet. The community will have 50 home sites. Amenities will include an outdoor pavilion, walking trails and pond. Epcon will start accepting home site reservations this summer.

“We are excited to open this new community in Hamilton County near parks, restaurants and medical care,” said Robyn Crawford, regional president for Epcon in Indianapolis. “The Courtyards of Fishers will feature Epcon’s unique and proven home designs with private courtyards and single-level living, along with the low-maintenance, lock-and-leave lifestyle that Epcon is known for.”
