Epcon Communities is now accepting home site reservations for its latest Hamilton County community, The Courtyards of Hazel Dell in Noblesville.

Starting from the low $500,000s, The Courtyards of Hazel Dell will offer 111 home sites and four home designs ranging from 1,550 to more than 4,000 square feet. Amenities will include a clubhouse, pool, fitness center, and pickleball court. The community will also have direct access to Midland Trace Trail.

“This community perfectly fits what buyers have been waiting for in Noblesville and have come to expect from Epcon in the Indianapolis area,” said Robyn Crawford, regional president for Epcon Communities in Indianapolis. “The resort-style amenities, low-maintenance living and private courtyards give residents a lock-and-leave lifestyle in a convenient area with a connection to the Midland Trace Trail.”

Epcon also has five other active communities in the Indianapolis area.

Since 1986, Epcon has built homes with smart, innovative designs and the most desirable of modern amenities. Epcon builds luxury ranch homes with private courtyards that are popular with buyers aged 55 and over. Epcon communities offer low maintenance living with many communities offering amenities like clubhouses, pools, pickleball courts, walking trails, fitness centers, and more based on the size and the location of the community.

More than 35,000 families and individuals call an Epcon community “home,” making Epcon one of the top lifestyle-rich home developers in the country year after year.
