Elizabeth A. Gould, 97, Noblesville, passed away on Tuesday, July 29, 2025, at her home with her family by her side. She was born on June 6, 1928 in Clarksville, Ind.
Although she worked outside the home, her job was mainly being a mom. Elizabeth was a member of United Pentecostal Church of Noblesville and Faith Apostolic Church of Carmel. She enjoyed talking about the Lord and reading her Bible. Elizabeth loved spending time with her family and granddogs. She was the family matriarch – the person you wanted to be most like and someone to model your life after.
Elizabeth is survived by her daughters, Marsha E. (David) Whipple, Amy B. Beck, Jean E. (Gary) Janes, and Jane M. (Ronald) Driesens; eight grandchildren and their spouses; 13 great-grandchildren; and many beloved grand-dogs.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Alfred Wayne Gould; father, Vernon Ray Gibbs; stepfather, Lonnie N. Wilson; mother, Goldie Mae (Perry) Wilson; sister, Julia Katherine Bland; and her brother, Paul Vernon Gibbs.
Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday, August 3, 2025, at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home, 1150 Logan St., Noblesville. An additional visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to noon, with funeral services at noon, on Monday, August 4, 2025, at United Pentecostal Church Noblesville, 1516 Morton St., with Rev. Matthew D. Ball and Rev. William W. Chapman officiating. Burial will be at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens in Indianapolis.
