As the front man for Foreigner, Gramm became one of top rock voices of the late 1970s and 1980s, delivering a long string of hits including “Feels Like the First Time,” “Cold as Ice,” “Hot Blooded,” “Double Vision,” “Dirty White Boy,” and “Juke Box Hero.” He co-wrote most songs for the band, which scored two of its biggest hits with the ballads “Waiting for a Girl Like You” and “I Want to Know What Love Is,” an international chart-topper.
Gramm’s solo career has included the Top 5 single “Midnight Blue.” His new album, Released, is available now.
