Demetrice Hicks, Democrat candidate for Indiana State Senate District 29, will be a featured speaker at the upcoming No Kings 3: Indy rally on Saturday, March 28, at the Indiana Statehouse.

The event, taking place from noon to 5 p.m., is expected to draw thousands of attendees from across the region. Organized as a community-centered gathering, No Kings 3 focuses on connection, civic participation, and the theme of “joy as radical resistance.”

Hicks will join a lineup of speakers, artists, and community leaders participating in the day’s programming, which includes live performances, collaborative art, and multiple marches converging at the Statehouse.

“I’m honored to stand with Hoosiers who believe in the power of community and collective action,” Hicks said. “Events like No Kings remind us that we are stronger together.”

The rally is free and open to the public. Organizers estimate attendance similar to previous dates, which drew approximately 6,000 participants.
