Dedrick “Bill” Falin

July 19, 1931 – August 24, 2021

Dedrick “Bill” Falin, 90, Noblesville, passed away on Tuesday, August 24, 2021 at his home. He was born on July 19, 1931 to Enoch and Cuba (Reed) Falin in Wise, Va.

After graduating from high school, he enlisted in the Air Force and was stationed in Japan during the Korean War. After returning from the war, he moved to Noblesville looking for work where met the love of his life, Dorothy Jewel. They soon married and had two children, Joseph Falin and Sharon (Falin) Adams. Dedrick was a dedicated family man and helped raise his two grandchildren, Levi Falin and Brady Turner. Dedrick was also a devout Christian and dedicated most of his life to the First Church of God in Noblesville. He spent countless hours in the community encouraging kids to come to church and drove the church bus every Sunday.

Dedrick was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Jewel; and his son, Joseph.

He will be deeply missed his daughter, Sharon Adams, and her husband, Mike; grandson, Levi Falin, and fiancée, Haley; great-grandsons, Luke and Matthew Falin; grandson Brady Turner; sister, Shelby; and several close nieces and nephews.

Services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, August 28, 2021 at Randall & Roberts Funeral Center, 1685 Westfield Road, Noblesville. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to the time of service at the funeral home. Burial will be at Crownland Cemetery in Noblesville.
