Crimson 47 recovery center will care for the whole family

Crimson Holistic Wellness has launched Crimson 47, a comprehensive aftercare and preventative care recovery center that services the entire family.

The grand opening took place Saturday, July 25, at their new location, 16095 Prosperity Drive, Suite 600, Noblesville. Included in the event lineup was a kissing booth with their therapy dog in training, discount memorial tattoos, a food truck, and a rummage sale fundraiser.

Crimson Holistic Wellness was founded in 2022 by Tambryn Crimson-Dahn.

After surviving a broken home that led to multiple suicide attempts, self-harm, and addiction, Crimson-Dahn noticed a need for something more within the mental health industry.

“If psychiatry, therapy, and inpatient facilities were enough,” she thought years ago, “then why do so many people continue to go in and out of rehab several times before they are able to get healthy, if they even ever survive depression or addiction?”

Crimson 47 was aptly named after The Crimson 47 Method, which posits that there are four key principals needed to achieve optimum quality of life and seven modalities required to achieve those four core principals.

“The most important principal, by far, is connection,” Crimson-Dahn said. “One has to feel connected – almost rooted – to someone or something.”

The entire Crimson 47 team is comprised of 7 different practitioners, each who fulfills one or more aspects of the Crimson 47 Method.

“Since 2022, clients have reported long-term success within every family who’s called upon us for help,” Crimson-Dahn said. “Now that we have our first physical location, who knows where we’ll go from here.”

She also said the donor response has been incredible.

“The response we’ve gotten from the community has been astounding,” she said. “Almost everything we have in the center – furniture, appliances, equipment, toys, even dishes and an electronic doorbell – were all donated to our cause. The best part, by far, though, has been inviting donors to come in for a private tour before we even opened. We had people kick off their shoes, sit down next to us like they’ve known us forever, and share their life story with us, some for over two hours. And that is such an honor to be a part of.”
