County will honor its fallen law enforcement in solemn ceremony

The 41st annual Hamilton County Law Enforcement Memorial Service to honor fallen police officers will be held at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, May 3. The event will take place at the Gazebo on the lawn of Carmel City Hall, 1 Civic Square, Carmel.

The service will honor all Hamilton County fallen heroes of law enforcement. Members from Hamilton County law enforcement agencies will participate. Local elementary school choirs will perform during this special event. The Carmel Fire Department Pipe and Drum Corp will participate in the service as well.

This year’s keynote speaker will be Belinda Bollman, spouse of Sergeant Ed Bollman, conservation officer with the Indiana Department of Natural Resources, whose End of Watch was Feb. 13, 2018.

Please bring your friends and families and join with local dignitaries to pay homage to all fallen heroes.
