Hartley joined the CFB team to partner with businesses to secure the necessary funds to grow and succeed. With 12 years of experience in the banking industry, he has honed his expertise in customer-centric banking solutions through his roles in Branch Management and Business Banking Relationship Management.

When not serving the local business community, he faithfully volunteers his time on the Indiana Cystic Fibrosis Planning Committee.
Kobaree joined the CFB team to spearhead the Contact Center’s mission of delivering high-quality, local service that efficiently and effectively meets customers’ needs. Based in Kokomo, his team will be your first point of contact for any bank-related assistance. With 16 years of customer service expertise across various industries, including several years in banking, he brings a wealth of knowledge to the team.
